Start the Year Strong with the 2025 SCRL 50/50 Raffle!

Join SCRL as we celebrate our 60th year!  We're starting the celebration off with a 50/50 Raffle to support our local libraries.  The funds raised will go towards special projects throughout all 5 libraries within SCRL:

Altona - Funds will be used for a much needed extension for the front desk.  This will allow more room for patrons to put items, and allow us to better serve our patrons

Manitou - Updates to seating areas is long overdue, the funds will go toward more comfortable couches and chairs for patrons to sit and enjoy the library.

Miami - In collaboration with the Miami Train Station, we hope to create a joined green space with walking paths and gardens. This space will be available to the public and will also serve well as a programming space!

Morden - We are hoping to renovate our meeting room which will give us a much more usable space, keeping it cleared and safe for the public to rent and for us to run programming.

Winkler - The funds would go towards adding a coffee corner in the Winkler Library. Patrons will be able to enjoy a beverage in the library and will be a welcome addition to the space.
